If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a consultation We invite You to review our policy on refunds. The following terms are applicable for initial assessment that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:
  • “Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Abe Health Ltd.
  • “Service” refers to the Website
  • “Website” refers to Abe Health, accessible from abe-health.com
  • “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service

Your Order Refund Rights

You are entitled to request a refund only on the same day the initial assessment happened, provided you give a reason.

You can request a refund only for the initial assessment you paid for and not covered by any insurance company.

You can request a refund only at clinics that support it.

To exercise your right to a refund, request a unique Abe Health form from the partner clinic reception specialist and provide a clear written statement.

This statement should include an explanation, the doctor's name, and your name. By providing this information, you allow us to publish it on our website.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the refund request if the consultation was paid. Otherwise, you will not be charged after the consultation.
